AntiScuff Alternatives: Where to Move Your Cloud OBS After the Shutdown

What is the best AntiScuff alternative?

Short answer. AntiScuff Ltd ceased trading on 30 October 2026, so every AntiScuff customer needs a new home. If you streamed from a phone or backpack on the Basic or Enhanced plan, the closest replacement is another hosted cloud OBS with an SRT or SRTLA ingest, a reconnect scene and chat commands: Streamable, IRLToolkit, TRSToolKit or Enhanced IRL. If you were on Remote Desktop, you need direct access to OBS: Streamable's Remote OBS gives you the full OBS interface in your browser, and a server you manage yourself is the option if you install your own Windows software.

Start from the AntiScuff plan you had

AntiScuff sold three different things, so match the replacement to the job your plan did.

• Basic (Budget) Cloud OBS. Built for mobile streamers: SRT or RTMP ingest, disconnection protection and a chat bot for commands. You need a hosted OBS that takes Moblin or IRL Pro, switches to a BRB scene when the phone drops, and lets you switch scenes from chat.
• Enhanced Cloud OBS. Built for backpack streamers at 1080p, with chat bot control and OBS WebSocket access instead of direct access to OBS. You need the same as Basic, plus an ingest your BELABOX, LiveU or other encoder can reach.
• Remote Desktop OBS. Direct access to a full OBS on a remote machine, suited to always-on streams. You need either a hosted OBS you can run around the clock, or your own server where you install whatever you like.

If you were on Basic or Enhanced

You did not touch OBS directly on these plans, so you lose nothing by moving except the scenes you would rebuild anyway. What matters is how fast you are back live and whether the new service handles a dropped phone feed as well as AntiScuff did.

On Streamable, your phone connects with a Quick Connect QR code from the Ingests page, over SRT or SRTLA. Stream Drop Protection holds an offline scene while the phone reconnects, and the chatbot takes the commands you used on AntiScuff: !scene to switch, !brb, !bitrate to check the feed and !fix to reset the ingest. The chatbot works in Twitch, Kick and YouTube chat, and Twitch moderators can run commands if you allow it.

Whichever service you pick, test the thing you are switching for. Start a private stream, put your phone in airplane mode for 20 seconds, and check that the BRB scene appears, the platform stream stays up and the camera comes back on its own.

If you were on Remote Desktop

Remote Desktop users had a full Windows OBS they could change however they liked. Be clear about which part of that you need.

• If you needed direct access to OBS and a stream that stays up around the clock, Streamable covers both. Remote OBS opens the full OBS interface in a browser tab, so you can import the scene collection you exported from AntiScuff and edit scenes and sources directly. Files you upload in Customize show up in OBS, and the Advanced and Max plans have unlimited streaming, so a 24/7 stream can stay up for weeks.
• If you needed to install your own plugins or Windows programs on the machine, Streamable does not give you a Windows desktop. A server you manage yourself, with a BELABOX Cloud relay or srtla_rec in front of OBS, is closer to what AntiScuff Remote Desktop was. You then own updates, security and uptime.

What to check before you pay anyone

• Does it work with your sender? Moblin, IRL Pro, BELABOX, LiveU or your own encoder. Check the exact protocol: SRTLA, SRT or RTMP.
• What happens when the phone drops? A BRB or offline scene should appear without you touching anything, and the platform stream should stay up.
• Can you control it from chat? If you are used to AntiScuff's chat bot, make sure scene switching and a bitrate check work from Twitch, Kick or YouTube chat.
• Does it stream to Kick? Some services list only Twitch and YouTube destinations.
• Who holds your stream keys? After this shutdown, pick a company you can reach, and reset the keys you gave AntiScuff.
