Who is Zara?
Zara is a variety streamer on Twitch (twitch.tv/zara) who plays new RPGs, Souls-like, action and survival games alongside Just Chatting and IRL streams. She has about 70,900 Twitch followers as of October 2026 and a second YouTube channel, ZaraPlaysGames, for her livestream archive.
She is also a singer, a former model and radio host, and appeared in 2025 on Channel 4's reality competition The Inheritance. Her stream titles call her community the Spicy Chillies, and her recent stream titles count down to leaving England for Brunei.
How did Zara get into streaming?
Her Twitch bio says she first travelled the world as cabin crew, then completed a diploma in Human Resource Management. She has modelled professionally since she was 16, worked as a radio host, and landed acting parts in commercials. One live presenting job was broadcast to more than 3 million viewers worldwide, which she compares to Formula 1 coverage.
She was born in England and grew up in Brunei, New Zealand and Dubai, and describes herself as English and Bruneian. She speaks Malay and English fluently, knows a little Greek, and is a qualified life coach registered with the ICF.
Her own site says she moved from modelling and film work into full-time live gaming broadcasts. Her pinned X post from April 2024 describes her as someone who games and livestreams on Twitch and YouTube, with experience in modeling, acting, radio hosting and event presenting. Her Twitch lists Witcher 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, Cyberpunk and Jedi Survivor as favorites.
Zara on Channel 4's The Inheritance
In late summer 2025 Zara joined the cast of The Inheritance, a Channel 4 competition where contestants play for prize money. Channel 4's cast profile, published on 29 August 2025, lists her as a professional gamer from London who had recently moved to the UK from the Middle East. She said she hoped to keep her gaming career going and, if she won, to buy a home in Greece.
She left the show on 14 September 2025 in a double elimination alongside fellow contestant Pat. Channel 4's write-up says she enjoyed the physical tasks, including a wine-recovery swimming challenge and farm work with animals.
Zara's streams in autumn 2026: Onimusha, BlizzCon and Wolverine
Her recent Twitch broadcasts show the variety label in practice. A multi-day run of Onimusha: Way of the Sword has a stream title thanking Capcom for the key, and she followed it with Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy and a Call of Duty open beta.
In September 2026 she traveled to the United States for BlizzCon and streamed IRL from the show, including a Diablo IV booth broadcast on Twitch. Her YouTube archive lists the BlizzCon streams across two days.
Her latest broadcast is Marvel's Wolverine on PS5, tagged as sponsored. Many of her titles since August carry a countdown tag, !ByeEngland, ahead of the Brunei move.
What is ZaraOnDemand?
ZaraOnDemand is her wider brand name. Her Twitch bio says she is starting a DJ, radio and podcast channel under that name, and her website describes the planned channel as something that will feel like a radio station with visuals, built around her DJ mixes.
Her site says she plans to base IRL streams in Brunei and launch that channel from there. Her older ZaraOnDemand YouTube channel carries archived games and first impressions, while newer livestream recordings go to ZaraPlaysGames, which has about 23,700 subscribers as of October 2026.
