Who is gracehan_?
gracehan_ is Grace, a Korean streamer who lives in Australia and streams IRL and Just Chatting on Twitch in English and Korean. She had about 25,100 Twitch followers as of October 2026.
Her Twitch bio introduces her as Grace (Seoyeon Han in Korean), says she lives in Australia and is a student, and says she speaks both English and Korean. What gracehan_ streams
Nearly every recent stream title carries an [ENG][KR] tag, and most are filed under Just Chatting. Streams run long. A Sydney outing in August was titled "I'm not going home until I catch a fish" and lasted about seven and a half hours. A golf day on the coast followed in September, titled "I'm Not a Pro Golfer," at about five and a half hours.
In September she traveled to Melbourne and streamed from the city across several days. Day 2 was a date with anxtasia and mewmelodys that ran a little over 20 hours, the longest stream on her recent video list. A short day-0 stream and a day-1 stream came before it, and a last-day-in-Melbourne stream came after.
Later in September she streamed another date with anxtasia, and her most recent stream, titled "long time no seeee," went about nine hours. Her Twitch page also lists a highlight from earlier in the year titled "finally build PC."
