Who is DayshaTaylor?
DayshaTaylor is the Twitch channel of Daysha Taylor, a rapper from Atlanta who is one half of the Taylor Girlz and now streams IRL days, studio sessions and performances. The channel had about 82,500 followers as of October 2026.
Her Twitch bio is one line: Hi, I'm Daysha Taylor, one half of the Taylor Girlz. The group, made up of Daysha, her sister Ti Taylor and dancer Tiny, broke out in the mid-2010s with dance challenges, and Daysha is now releasing music under her own name while streaming most days.
Where is Daysha Taylor from and how did Taylor Girlz start?
Daysha was born in Dothan, Alabama and raised in Atlanta, according to the description of a DJ Smallz interview filmed in August 2026. Wikipedia says the sisters were inspired by their father's rapping and formed Taylor Girlz in 2013 with Tiny, a dancer and choreographer.
The group first got attention in 2015 with a dance video for "Woozie." In 2016 they put out two singles produced by Bolo Da Producer, "Steal Her Man" and "Wedgie," and both turned into dance challenges. "Steal Her Man" reached No. 1 on Billboard's Bubbling Under R&B/Hip-Hop chart. The trio signed with RCA Records, which released their EP Who Are Those Girlz!? in February 2017.
Daysha's main YouTube channel, @Superstartgz, grew alongside the music. It now has about 795,000 subscribers and 512 videos, and its most-watched uploads are sister-and-friends comedy videos from 2016 to 2018, including a prank where the sisters told a friend's mom she was moving in with them (3.5 million views).
How did Daysha Taylor go solo?
In a Rolling Out interview published in August 2026, Daysha said she handled mostly the business side of Taylor Girlz and only started working out her own sound after stepping outside the group. She named her children and a wish for more consistency as the main reasons for going solo.
Her first solo single, "Bet You Won't," was out by May 2026, with a guest rapper on the track. She told Rolling Out in May that she wanted a bold Atlanta club record that could last the way Knuck If You Buck did. An EP and an album are planned, and a project called "Back in That Mode" is on the way. She also released a single called "Taylor Made."
Asked who she would most like to work with, she named Cardi B.
What does Daysha Taylor stream on Twitch?
Every recent broadcast on her channel is filed under IRL. September and early October 2026 titles include three GYM DAY STREAM broadcasts, POOL DAY STREAM, BACKSTAGE NO LIMIT TOUR, an ATL performance stream, a birthday stream titled Fay Fay Bday that pulled 40,200 views on the replay, and STREAMERWEEN MANSION REVEAL + HALLOWEEN COSTUMS in early October.
The longest recent one was DONKEY IN THE KIDS ROOM+24 HOURS STREAM, a 12-hour-plus broadcast in September that was also posted to her Daysha Taylor Live Streams channel on YouTube. That channel, with about 15,400 subscribers, holds 354 stream replays.
Daysha has said she uses live streaming as part of her music rollout. She told Rolling Out that she gets on live with other streamers and has them play her song, and that she sometimes ends up falling asleep on stream around 1 a.m. She and Ti Taylor were also filmed discussing plans to attend Kai Cenat's Streamer University.
