Who is Choxel7?

Choxel7 is Abdulmohsen, known as Ateeq (عتيق), a Saudi streamer on Twitch with about 25,300 followers as of October 2026. He is an esports host and caster who loves Overwatch, and his Arabic streams mix Just Chatting with long IRL broadcasts.

His Twitch bio describes him as a host and commentator who also works in gaming and esports marketing, and says he streams in his spare time to share experiences from that world. His TikTok bio lists business administration and marketing in esports. On YouTube he introduces himself in one line: his name is Abdulmohsen, people call him Ateeq, and he streams on Twitch.

How did Choxel7 start streaming?

The oldest clips on his Twitch channel are about eight years old and show a very different kind of stream: Arabic chat reacting to co-op games. One is titled, in Arabic, the biggest robbery in Overcooked 2 history. Another has a viewer shouting his name as a friend barges in.

By around 2020 the channel had a format of its own. Archived streams from that period are quiz contests played on a Nintendo Switch, with giveaways and a +15 age tag in the title, run under the name Mosabaqat Al-Ra's Al-Khamis, roughly the Fifth Head contest. It was a show built around Ateeq hosting other people rather than around his own gameplay.

5HeadShow: the interview series

The Fifth Head contest became a second season in about 2022, with episodes named for each guest, among them the streamers Rockyz, Safah and BidzyGaming. Around 2023 it turned into 5HeadShow, an interview show with roughly hour-long Twitch episodes and shorter cuts posted to YouTube.

The YouTube cuts carry the guest names in the titles: Abu Omar, Adel Al-Muqrin, Majed Al-Amer, Rakan and Rayan, and the streamer Shonq Bonq. The Shonq Bonq episode is the channel's biggest hit there, at about 182,000 views. The Twitch run reached at least an eighth episode, with the guest Lle.

Hosting and casting Saudi esports

Ateeq's esports work is documented on his own LinkedIn. In a post about the 2022 Saudi eLeagues season, he thanks the Saudi Esports Federation and describes working as an emcee, caster and desk host through a season that ended after 13 tournaments.

Overwatch is the game he names on his Twitch bio, and he posts about it on X under the display name عتيق | Ateeq.

September 2026: the Overwatch World Cup and BlizzCon

On September 12 and 13, 2026, the Overwatch World Cup knockout stage was played at BlizzCon in the Anaheim Convention Center. Saudi Arabia, the 2023 champions, beat Spain 3-1 and Sweden 3-0 to reach the final, where South Korea won 4-1.

Ateeq posted through the weekend with Saudi flags. His X posts include a photo with the trophy before the final, a joke that he had made a deal with France so that they would back Saudi Arabia if they lost their semifinal, and a message on September 13 praising the Saudi team after the loss.

His Twitch archive from the same stretch has a stream titled as a walk through the BlizzCon exhibition, a 5-hour stream after the tournament, and an IRL stream labelled as the last day and the farewell that ran over 11 hours.

Fun facts about Choxel7
